Advertising & Promotion

- The agreed marketing/advertising campaign is implemented, including photos, floor plans, brochures, signage, internet, and newspaper advertising.
- Local marketing is executed, including letterbox drops and targeted database notifications.
- Notice for home opens and inspections is provided.
- Details of all attendees are recorded, and comments/feedback are provided.

Negotiation of Sale & Accepting the offer
